OUR SERVICES
How We Can Help Others
Why Showing Our Logo & Name Is Important
Like any form of advertising, the more the public sees a company name, the more likely they are to find out more information about them. In our case, the aim is for the same people to see information about all the clubs involved, so they can then decide what to do next. Coming under a single banner cuts down a lot on printing costs, in particular, but with the same purpose. You don't tend to see too many coats or hats around most towns promoting multiple sports. We aim to change that.

First Aid Skills
We want as many people as possible to learn first aid. If we can provide first aid kits or staff at any point, it will come in very useful.
General Communication Skills
We need people to find out times and places we may be off any use. This may also include being around people and providing help with security or medical issues by directing them to the right people.
Visible Promotors
Depending on skill levels this could be anything from wearing promotional shirts and hats around to physically going into venues and speaking to managers.
Media Skills
We will always welcome people ready to promote us online and other forms of media.
Sponsorship Finding Skills
Our group always need sponsors to provide equipment for us or some of the clubs we have as members.
About Us
How We Can Help Others
How We Started
Started in January 2025 with the intention to link activity groups together after leaflets being handed out for ice hockey found that people were short of information about local activities.
What We Currently Do
Currently, everything is done by one person, sharing facebook messages from sport & activity groups, providing free programmes for summer ice hockey, free teas & coffee at summer ice hockey and free bandage supports for players & spectators at matches.
Attending sports matches. Mainly ice hockey but also women's rugby in Crow Lane and men's rugby in Cotton's Park.
Currently play darts and pool at Romford Snooker Club.

What Next?
A plaster and a cuppa would be welcomed by quite a few people but it's a long way short of what we want to provide. We don't expect to receive huge amounts of donations but we do want to make sure as many clubs can get something to help them along, particularly training equipment that will be used. Anything likely to be picked up and thrown in the bin straight away is no help to anyone.
The types of things we want to supply go from:- playing cards, training bibs, training shirts, darts, corner flags, pucks, woolly hats etc.

This Is Our Logo

The Eagle
This is to do with the Romans and their influence on the town. The ford the town is said to be named after is claimed to be behind where Matalan is now in North Street.
.

The Wavy Lines & Ring
The wavy lines represent the River Rom, while the ring is connected to the Royal Liberty of Havering. Locals had privileges not available to other ordinary people of the time.

The Crown
Though Henry VIII was responsible for the Royal Liberty of Havering, the king Edward the Confessor is the better known royal off the town. Two churches and schools were named after him.
